Company History
Newstar Fastenings Ltd was founded in 2003 by its present Managing
Director, Richard Bury who has over thirty eight years of experience in
the distribution and manufacturing fastenings industry. Within this time
period Richard has held several senior management positions with some of
the leading European fastening distributors.
From this background an opportunity arose to enter the Precision
Micro Fastenings sector due to the increasing demand of industry to reduce
the size of the components manufactured. Mobile phones and disk drives are
perfect examples of this trend. The trend for continual miniaturization is
perpetual and challenging to both OEM’s and Fastener Manufacturers.
Since our formation Newstar Fastenings Ltd has built a worldwide network
of customers supplying various components and special turned parts to fulfil
stringent quality and service criteria.

Trading Terms

Newstar Fastenings have a strict policy of payment within the mutually agreed terms negotiated at the time of sale.

Payment can be made either by cheque for UK based customers or by telegraphic transfer/ letter of credit. Additionally we have an account
with PayPal which enables payment through a Credit Card.
